Plug Ins On Offer

We’re currently looking for Production Companies and Freelancers who’d like to benefit from our Plug In Placement Scheme, which provides paid, on-the-job training to the industry’s next generation.

“The Plug In Placement Scheme is a fantastic opportunity for new entrant freelancers to gain up-to-the-minute industry experience,” explains Skills Project Officer Daisy Dixon. “Not only will participants work with some of the biggest names in the business, but they’ll have the opportunity to gain experience in other sectors, too.”

And production companies who host Plug-Ins also benefit. “Companies thrive on new talent working on their productions, so the Plug In offers an excellent opportunity to find that talent,” says Daisy.

“If a company suffers from a skills shortage in specific areas, then we can help to fill it. In addition, we pay half the cost of hiring in new people by offering a 50% training bursary to companies who use Plug In placements.
