We are working closely with the Northwest Development
Agency (NWDA) and Business Link Northwest
to continue to provide a helping hand for your business.
With NWDA providing support such as:

access the most appropriate finance and increased investment into
NWDA finance schemes.
Additional funding to increase innovation and
skills
A new programme to help new and high growth
businesses reach their potential.

offer provided by the Northwest Development Agency and partners for
businesses in the region.
The NWDA have also produced a new publication – which can be
downloaded by visiting their website - summarising the range of
support available to businesses in the region, with an updated
version due out next month.

Production Investment for Film and TV
This fund is for investment in key projects being filmed in the
region, including film and long-running drama/ multiple episode
television series.
Priority will be given to indigenous production companies.

£4.8m to ensure that businesses on Merseyside have the
necessary skills to survive the downturn and are prepared for
